Take the Time to Challenge #75 is....
Let your kids form a relationship
with other generations!
We have some really special neighbors. We live on a quiet street and most of those around us are Jamaicans who have retired home after working in England and America.
This lady's home is right beside ours and she has adopted my children because they are the same age as her own grandchildren in the States. My girls love to run over and spend a few minutes with her each day. They draw pictures for her and sing for her and help her with {little girl} chores around her home... like watering the flowers. She takes the time to talk with them and teach them things, like Chinese Checkers.
They've created a special bond that my girl's will always remember.
Take a few moments this week and let your little ones make some new friends!
I'm so excited to share party features from

Thank you for featuring my dipping spoons!
I love your opening thoughts about having your kids form friendships with other generations! I still remember my childhood friendships with older people so fondly.
Thank you for hosting! Have a wonderful week :)
