This is actually a picture of my mom and one of my sisters that I stole off my mom's site. But it was special, because you don't see many pictures of mom. She's usually hiding behind the camera!
Funny you don't really appreciate your mom until you're older and a mom yourself. I wonder why that is? I'm so very thankful for technology now though. Missionaries in days gone by had to bid goodbye to their love ones and go off not knowing when they'd see them again...if ever. My mom is just the push of a button away. I'm so thankful, because I don't know how I'd survive without her practical advice. I'm so thankful for the wonderful Godly woman that raised me and made me who I am today.
