Wanna know one of the hardest things about being a missionary kid?
Saying good bye to Papa....
and Memaw Paula....and Memaw Grace....
and Memaw Bert....and Papa Larry....and the list goes on and on.
And that's just in Missouri!
Not even mentioning ALL the aunts and uncles and cousins
and adopted family. {big sigh....little tear}
As Grandma Paula walked away from the van,
Princess Alexis said in a sad little voice,
"Awww, she's crying because she's going to miss ME."

I'm bettin' Grandma Paula wasn't the only one crying! That's the part I HATE the most! My "little" MK just tries not to notice and get occupied with something else. But he sure doesn't look at Mom! If he notices the tears, he starts begging me to stop as he starts tearing up. Yeah! That works - - NOT! Praying for you and your little ones, especially as Daddy's away. Love you!
