Chinese Noodles

Mom's Chinese Noodles
grocery list
1 package linguine  noodles (or any type of noodles)
3 Tablespoon olive oil
4 green onions
small white onion
2 stalks diced celery
1/4 cup broccoli
1 large shredded carrot
1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
1/4 cup soy sauce (or to taste)

1. Boil noodles as directed on package.  Cool and set aside.
2. Coat bottom of skillet withs olive oil.  Saut√© vegetables.  You can use more or less of each one....depending on your family's likes or dislikes. {ahhhh.....it's broccoli!} Salt and pepper to taste. 
3. When vegetables are tender stir in noodles and add soy sauce.  Serve right away.
