Chinese Noodles

Mom's Chinese Noodles
grocery list
1 package linguine  noodles (or any type of noodles)
3 Tablespoon olive oil
4 green onions
small white onion
2 stalks diced celery
1/4 cup broccoli
1 large shredded carrot
1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
1/4 cup soy sauce (or to taste)

1. Boil noodles as directed on package.  Cool and set aside.
2. Coat bottom of skillet withs olive oil.  Sauté vegetables.  You can use more or less of each one....depending on your family's likes or dislikes. {ahhhh.....it's broccoli!} Salt and pepper to taste. 
3. When vegetables are tender stir in noodles and add soy sauce.  Serve right away.
