America, the land of the free and the brave.
Two of my princesses and I spent a few days on my Gram's farm in Missouri.
I might be raising "Island Girls", but their "Farm Girl" background sure is coming out.
Moriah had a wonderful time. She pulled on her rubber boots and jean coat and enjoyed the freedom of a country girl. She roamed around, making discoveries, watching the {baby} cows. It was so good for her to breath free, and it was good for me to let her do it.
(My Uncle Steve letting Moriah drive the tractor)
I can remember....not so long ago...I was a little girl. Well, at least it seems like not so long ago. As a little girl I spent many carefree days, running over those sunny hills...just like my mother before me.
I snapped a few pictures of my beautiful Grandma, Grace Starbuck. Such an elegant lady.

Love that big old red barn. I too am a country girl at heart. I would much rather be in the country than the city. Great post. Your grandma is an eligant looking lady. Thanks for sharing.
ARGHHHH, Maria! You're making me sooooooo homesick! ;) Grace is an elegant lady, but she also has a heart of gold. Enjoy our wonderful northeast Missouri. Enjoy it a little extra for me. Love you!
Hey Maria,
Looks like you are enjoying your time in the States! Send me an e-mail with your number so that I can call you sometime. Also, when would be a good time for us to visit? - Is sometime in late October or early Nov. ok?
