{shuffle noises and a few slammed cabinet doors later...}
"Mom, where's the ice cream scoop?"
Sounds good...I think I'll get up.
Princess Brynlee enjoying my favorite place in the world....
Daddy's arms.
Prince went over the mountain yesterday to the capitol city. He had to do some "technicality" stuff for Princess Brynlee's visa. It was a long day for him...and me waiting at home. The mountain roads are dangerous and challenging and I'm kinda edgy when he's gone all day. Want to know what it's like driving on third world roads? I'll do my best to describe it. Buckle your seat belt.....that is if the car you're riding in actually has them.
Ok, imagine any action movie's violet, high speed car chase. You have to have lots of scenes where they drive the wrong way down a one way street, put in lots and lots of taxi drivers weaving in and out oblivious to the giant charter buses full of tourists coming at them and making up their own rules.
Got that picture in your head? Now take away road signs, street names, fill the roads with giant pot holes, and giant cliffs inches from the edge of the crumbling road. Don't forgot all the motorcycles, bicycles, dogs and goats and the guy wearing the black shirt walking on the road at night.
Now, if you'll excuse me. I have some breakfast to eat before it melts. {wink}

Didn't know you've been to Kenya. You've just exactly described our roads here . . . to a T!
WOW! That is wild!
That perfectly fits Argentina, too! (Except for the cliffs part, although you can find those, too, if you live in the right place! ;)
