Take the Time to Challenge #67 is....
shock their socks off
and say "Yes" to something they don't expect!
It went something like this...
(a tentative little face peeks around the corner)
"Mom, do you think we can play in the rain barrel?"
(Mom doesn't even look up from the mound of laundry) "Ok"
(child gets a shocked look on their face and tries to decide if they heard correctly)
"Mommy, we want to play in the rain barrel."
(Mom still doesn't look up) "Yes, I know. Baby, that will be fine."
(Realization sets in and kid high-tails it out of the room, before mom can change her mind,
to spread the good news!)
Thank you to those who linked up last week! Here are a few favorites....

LOVE your challenge!! Those little faces are beaming with excitment! I can't wait to say "sure!" to one of my kids out there, "bright" ideas.
Your girls look adorable all crammed in that barrel! =) Something similar to this happened the other day at our home...it was so funny because reacted the same way your girls did!
Sweet little ones in the rain barrel! The smiles liked your decision :)
Thanks for the feature!
Thanks for inviting me! What a cute link up you have here. :)
LOVE the rain barrel picture, btw.
Thanks for the feature - sorry I've been MIA a bit - it has been too nice out to sit at my computer!
