Making School "girlie"

I'm bubbly excited for the Back to School plans.

I know most of you are already started back but we are going to keep the schedule that the schools here in Jamaica use.  Most schools start back here September 5th...but, we are having some very special company flying in around that time.

Papa and Memaw, Prince's parents, are coming in to spoil the grand babies.  So I've decided to hold off until after the excitement of guests is over.  I think it will help the girls be more focused and I don't want to stop a good school schedule after we get it going.  That's ok, we've been reviewing our readers and doing some fun lap book projects (maybe I'll post some pictures of my lap book ideas).  I'd love to hear about yours!

Keren over at
has some adorable free clipart.
It is whimsical and girly and I've used it
several times.
For Princess Moriah's birthday I printed it some for gift labels.

I was making some Book Report Forms up today and I used some of her clipart.  I also made some lists for the girls to record the books they read.  This charming little lady graced the top of the page.....so sweet.

Today, I picked these pictures off her blog then I printed them out on card stock. We are going to use this for charming little bookmarks.....the sweet little girls and birdies make you happy when you open your book!
